There is a couple of things you can do, if you have any pair of glasses at home you can check the measurements located on the inside of the temple and compare them with the measurements of the frame you choose on our website. Please keep in mind that the measurements are located at the bottom of the product page.
If you do not have any frame as a reference we recommend you to use our search bar at the top right of the website and you can filter our smallest frames by typing the word "narrow". The website will display all the frames that match the criteria.
