• Is there any way to try your glasses on?

  Unfortunately at the moment we don't have a try-on service but please keep in mind that we do offer a 30 days return policy in case you need to send them back.

• How long does it take for a refund to be credited into my account?

  Depending on your bank the refund will be credited back into your account anytime between 5-14 business days. If there is anything else I can do to assist you please let me know :)

• Explanation on how the refund works with the $30 off promotion

  I can see how you can be confused about how our promotion works and I apologize if this caused any inconvenience but let me explain you a little better as I am sure this will clarify it :) The $30 off applies when you buy two pairs. In your case you decided to keep just one of them which brings the cost of that frame back to the original price of $95 as the initial promotion of getting the $30 off the total purchase amount does not longer apply as you decided not to keep both pairs. This is the reason why your new total reflects our regular price and I can confirm that the amount you were charged for is the correct one. I hope this helps to clarify the confusion and again I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

• I dropped my glasses, I need to replace them. Can they be replaced?

  In order to get a replacement please send us an email describing your issue and a member of our team will review your request. The email address is mail@hipoptical.com.

• I tried them on. The prescription is incorrect. What do I do?

  I am very sorry to hear that and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. In this case we suggest you send the glasses back to our lab and one of our technicians will double check the prescription and the lenses. Please let us know if this works for you and I can provide you with instructions on how to send the glasses back.

• I want to return (no explanation why)

  I am very sorry to hear that our glasses did not work for you. Can you please let us know what is the reason for the return? I will wait for your answer to provide you with the best solution :)
