Depending on your prescription shipping & delivery times can vary. Single vision orders take 1-2 business days to manufacture and all progressive orders take between 1-3 business days. We ship all the US orders via USPS from our lab located in Florida.
Please keep in mind that sometimes USPS does not update every step of the shipment progress even though the shipment is in transit and on its way to you. In this case we recommend you to contact USPS directly, their phone number is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). At the same time we will also open an investigation with them to track down the shipment. Most likely your order will arrive within the next few days.
We have an option which is called “Skip the line”, this means that the orders with the “Skip the line” upgrade get moved to the beginning of our production line. Your glasses will take priority over the other orders in our lab but the USPS shipping method will remain the same. I hope this information helps.
